STILL LIFE STUDY 001

A series of still-life compositions bringing together beauty objects, packaging, found materials, and everyday forms. Objects are removed from their expected context and arranged through relationships of scale, balance, texture and association.

Commercial packaging is placed alongside stone, fruit and familiar household objects, shifting attention between the designed object and the materials surrounding it. Photographed in black and white, the series reduces distinctions between product, prop and found form, allowing each to operate as part of a larger composition.
